I’m Darshan, a musician and educator with a passion for inspiring learners through structured, creative, and meaningful music education.

My journey into music began at the age of 19, transitioning from a life rooted in coffee farming to a life dedicated to melody, rhythm, and teaching. I began my formal training in Electronic Keyboard and Acoustic Guitar, and soon discovered my true calling as a musician.

A key influence in my growth was my Guru, Mr. James, the creator of the Westernized Indian Notation system. His innovative method helped me understand music theory with clarity and shaped the way I teach and approach music today.

For nearly 20 years, I worked with JIM Music under the mentorship of Mr. Moses and Mr. Vijay Pereira, training more than 10,000 students across different age groups and skill levels. These years strengthened my belief that music is not just an art—it’s a pathway to confidence, creativity, and personal expression.

In 2015, I aligned my teaching with the Trinity College London (TCL) syllabus, preparing students for internationally recognized graded examinations. I continue to offer high-quality, globally aligned music training that helps learners build strong musical foundations.
