The information, training, and services provided by Darshan Music Classes and Studio are intended for educational purposes only. By enrolling in our classes or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Learning Outcomes

Music progress varies for each student and depends on individual practice, consistency, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific grades, certifications, or performance results.

2. Online & Offline Classes

Whether classes are conducted online or offline, results depend on the student’s dedication. The mode of learning does not guarantee success without regular practice.

3. Attendance & Cancellations

  • A minimum 24–48 hours’ notice is required for lesson cancellations to be eligible for a makeup class.

  • Makeup classes due to health reasons are subject to teacher availability.

  • If a teacher cancels a class, it will be rescheduled, substituted, or credited accordingly.

4. Technical Responsibility

For online classes, students are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connectivity

  • Properly functioning camera and microphone

  • A quiet and distraction-free learning space

We are not responsible for missed classes due to technical issues on the student’s side.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during lessons. Darshan Music Classes and Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of repeated misconduct, non-payment, or frequent absences.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson content, PDFs, recordings, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of Darshan Music Classes and Studio. Unauthorized recording, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries occurring during personal practice

  • Internet or technical failures beyond our control

  • Any indirect or incidental losses related to class participation
