These Terms & Conditions govern the enrollment and participation in classes conducted by Darshan Music Classes and Studio. By enrolling in our classes, students and parents agree to comply with the following terms.
We value our partnership and appreciate your timely support. All class fees are payable in advance by the 10th of every month. While we understand that oversights can occur, a 5% late payment charge will be applied to delayed payments to help us maintain consistent service quality.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is applicable at the time of enrollment. This fee covers administrative and setup-related expenses.
All tuition fees paid are non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances such as the teacher’s failure to provide the agreed service.
Students must provide a minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled lesson in order to be eligible for a makeup session.
We value your health and well-being. While backup classes are generally not provided, a makeup session may be arranged in case of absence due to health issues, subject to the teacher’s availability. Students are encouraged to give as much prior notice as possible to help schedule an alternative session.
If a class is cancelled by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled, a substitute teacher may be provided, or a credit will be issued to the student’s account.
To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, students may be asked to discontinue lessons if their behaviour or language becomes disruptive or disrespectful.
Students are expected to be ready 5–10 minutes before the scheduled class time and must set up their own instruments and study materials in advance.
For minor students, parents or guardians are responsible for their children before and after lessons.
For online lessons, students must ensure:
A stable internet connection
A properly functioning camera and microphone
A quiet and distraction-free learning environment
Darshan Music Classes and Studio is not responsible for class interruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.
By enrolling, students and parents grant consent for photos or videos of student performances to be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Unauthorized recording of live classes or redistribution of proprietary teaching materials, including PDFs, audio, or video recordings, is strictly prohibited.
Students wishing to discontinue lessons must provide a formal notice one or two months in advance, as applicable.
Darshan Music Classes and Studio reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in cases of:
Repeated misconduct
Non-payment of fees
Frequent or unexplained absences
By enrolling in classes with Darshan Music Classes and Studio, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
